PR Card Renewal - Missed one Out of Canada Entry - How to edit/add

Hi Folks,
I just submitted my PR card renewal application. And looks like i missed one out of canada entry when i had travelled back after landing.
How to get it added/appended in my application. I complete the Residency Obligation anyways.
Do suggest how to go about this.
