Friends, need some clarifications as I prepare for my PR Card renewal-
1) related to Questions 19 and 21. Should the address during travel be included in Qs 19? Or is Q19 only of places you have actually lived? Some other place I remember reading as address history to include places where we have been for at least 6 months, not sure where. Please let me know.
2) For Q21 travel history -as an example for From date 2-Aug-2012 and TO date 3-Aug-12 - number of days absent should be entered as 1 or 0? when we calculate difference it is 1 but I understand both these days I was present in Canada so shouldn't the absence be 0 days.
Please let me know,Thanks

My timeline so far is:

Application received on Mar 2, 2017.

AOR on May 4, 2017.

Judging by most timelines here, PR card should arrive in about a week?

Application received on Feb 24, 2017.

AOR on Apr 27, 2017.

Checked e-cas today, nothing shows up yet.

I have a questions please:

Anyone was in a residency breach and applied for PR renewal?

This means card already expired almost two years ago, and he managed to enter Canada without being reported.

Is there any issue raised about the residency?
Is it the same process length as for everyone?

Thank you everyone for sharing for experience.

If you aren't in compliance with the RO and attempt to renew your PR card, you should expect the renewal will be rejected and process started to revoke your PR status.

If you have valid H&C claims for not meeting the RO you can possibly use this in the renewal or for a later appeal. However if your H&C reasons are not accepted, you should exepct eventually your PR status will be revoked and you'll be asked to leave Canada.

For those that enter Canada without bring reported about RO violation, they are expected to remain in Canada 2 straight years without leaving for any reason, before attempting a PR card renewal. So that means living in Canada 2+ years without a PR card and unable to leave.

PR card rejected because they require me to change my name in Canada with service Ontario before changing it on the PR card

Hi mats not sure if you got an answer to your questions but question 19 wants addresses of places you've lived (as in residences not vacations) and question 21 only wants number of days outside Canada so if you travelled within Canada (you mention you were present both days in Canada) you don't need to list it at alll.
