PR card renewal - Incomplete application - Next steps?

Hi,

I applied for PR card renewal on September 2nd 2024. I submitted a webform asking for the update.

Yesterday I received a response that my PR card renewal application was returned by the Case Processing Centre as incomplete on September 23, 2024 through online portal.
In the portal, my application still shows submitted without application number and no email regarding any update.

I meet RO and have submitted necessary documents. Do I need to submit a new PR card renewal application?
Please suggest what should be my next steps.
