PR Card Renewal - How to track processing status?

Hello all,

I applied for my PR card renewal around 45 days ago. Other than the PR portal, which currently shows my application as submitted, what can be done to track the status of the application?

I haven't received any emails or updates via email yet either. The current processing time for PR card renewal shows 72 days (out of which 45 has already passed for me). I have a travel coming up in November and I am getting a bit anxious now as there hasn't been a single intimation.

What is the best way to track update and/or contact to find out the status of PR Card renewal application?

How many days had you been in Canada in the past 5 years when you applied? Any other red flags for your application like request travel?

Yeah two years completed out of last 5 years.

Not sure about red flag but yeah we requested urgency as part of the application due to family member death and flight tickets were also attached.
