PR CARD Renewal - Do I need Guarantor for passport photo ?

Hi All


Please confirm if I need a Guarantor to sign the back side of the passport photo ? This is for my PR card renewal. If possible, please share the link from immigration site for the requirements.

No, you don't need a guarantor.

From the IRCC website:

The back of one photo must include:

• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable.
