Hello every one,
I would like to get some genuine and expert advice on my situation. I landed successfully in Canada in December 2006. But i stayed in Canada for just 2 days. The PR card was mailed at my friend's address. My friend later sent me my PR card through courier at my out of Canada address.
I moved to Canada permanently in 2009. Now is the time for me to apply for my PR card renewal. I will successfully be completing the 730 days requirement to apply for renewal of PR card just before it expires in January 2012.
My question is when i am applying for renewal, the PR renewal application is asking me dates i have lived in Canada. Is it safe to say i just stayed for 2 days in Canada and came back in 2009 and completed my 730 days requirement. Or will the problem arrise as to why i did not stay in Canada till i received my PR card myself before leaving the country. And is it wrong for my friend to had sent me my PR card through courier. All of your advices are welcome. Thank You.
