PR card renewal application - Notice of Assessments

Hi, I'm currently completing the forms to renew my PR card and where it says that I need "A copy of one of the following:
•Other Income Tax assessments issued by Canada Revenue Agency within the past five (5) years". Do I need to attach for each of the 5 years (2010 - 2014)?

I spoke to someone at the CIC yesterday because I don't have my NOA for 2014 yet as I just filed my tax return on Monday and he said I could just write a letter that states I haven't received it yet and attach. I asked if I should just attach a copy of my 2014 T4 and he said no that the letter would be fine. I thought that was great until I went home last night and found the NOAs for 2011-2013 but cannot find the one for 2010. I signed up for My Account at the CRA website but it will be at least 10 days before I get my access code in order to download it from the site.

I wouldn't be in such a rush except, through my own fault and my tendency to be a procrastinator, that my PR card expires this coming Friday and I have plans for a 1 week vacation in mid-July in the US with my siblings.

Any thoughts?

If you are traveling by private car to the US, you don't need to carry a valid PR card.

So I suggest you wait until you receive your access code.
