Checking again if anyone did a soft-landing from US in September-October timeframe and received the PR card at the Canadian address given at the time of crossing? When I contact IRCC either by phone or webform I get the generic response that their resources are focused on the Afghan refugee crisis and the agent even refused to look at my case. I'm unable to check the status of our PR card application.
