does anyone send your picture for pr card to different province office than you are staying?
I am staying Toronto but my Copr letter from Ottawa office and I have to send to Ottawa office.
Isn't it usual to send Etobicoke office if you are staying Toronto? Anyways, it has been more than 3 moths since I summit the photo.
I called IRCC the other day They just gave me general answer "we are on processing"
