How long does it takes on average to receive the PR card if you do the landing by flag polling VS. doing landing formalities at CIC office in your city?
I am trying to organize my plans and want to see which way is faster in terms of receiving the PR card.
BTW, the average time on the website says 54 days.

PR card processing times are the same no matter how you land. The processing time listed on the web site is not an average. It's how long it actually takes right now.

Note that the processing times does not factor in mailing time.
