I haven't received the PR card.
I'm trying to send form IMM 5451 by fax but no one is answering on 1-902-564-3148

Is it working for anyone? is there another fax number?

This one is not working for me also.
I was told the Fax machine is not responding. Either the Fax machine is got problem or the centre is not working.

same here, I've been trying to send a fax for 2 weeks, no luck. I think the PR Card Processing Centre is not open currently (which probably means mails won't be processed either). I don't know what I can do now, so frustrated
