PR Card/PR Travel Document Tab is Greyed out on the PR Portal

Hi, I recently got my eCOPR and I checked my PR portal trying to see if any update for my PR card, but the last tab "PR Card/PR Travel Document" Tab is greyed out on the PR Portal, anyone knows if this is normal? How can I check the PR Card Status from the portal?

Also my understanding if the PR Card is mailed out automatically when ready so I don't need to create a separate application for the PR card, is this correct?

Hi @Mikita, the PRTD section is greyed out for me on the portal.
I saw some people saying that this is because I'm still in Canada and that it should be available once I'm out of Canada. Is that true? Did you experience this and can confirm?

How did you proceed to access the PTDR online application?

Context: I'm received the e-COPR on Oct 13, but my photo is still under review. I'm travelling in December and want to make sure I can return to Canada without any issues.
