Hello,

My picture was showing warning- your photo does not meet the following requirement, and the Acknowledgment says I understand my photo does not meet the requirement and might be rejected. I took it from a professional photo so i went ahead and submitted like that. Anyone with such experience? How will I know if it was accepted or rejected and how long? Thanks

Hello Edric, I would suggest to use the most recent ones I've less then 3 months old to avoid any rejections as it unnecessarily increases the delay.

A lot of experienced photographers are not really aware of the dimensions so better to check with multiple shops the sizes and compare them which matches with the dimensions the most

My photos have been rejected for a second time. No idea what's wrong with them, they were taken professionally and met all specifications. Has anyone been successful contacting the Sydney office for an explanation?

I'm very frustrated - photos from the same studio and specs were accepted when I submitted PR application, but now aren't acceptable for the card?! No explanation as to what's wrong with them, time pressure to avoid submitting a full card application, and expensive to get photos taken and shipped!
Hey, did you get an update on this? We also have photos rejected for PR card from Sydney office, but they are the ones we used for PR!
