I have different problem. I had raised a web form early Dec 22 after i received the letter asking if the letter was send physically. They added the web form to my file on 19th Dec 22 (after they received my new photo). Now I am getting response on the web form saying I have to submit the photos within 30days. I hope they see the update on the photo received on the 12th Dec.

Sent at: Nov24, 2022,
Called yesterday and the agent said the card has been mailed at Feb14, but nothing in in the mailbox yet.

Photos delivered on 23rd November.
But no any update in my account

Call them, they should be processing Dec 3rd Week and later applications.

I called 1-888-242-2100 but couldn't reach to the agent call center as it says the high volume and they are busy... What time should I call?
