PR Card Photo Help Please

We are applying outland paper application for my wifes son in the Philippines. We are ready to send the application in however we noticed the photos don't have the required info. Name ,DOB, Photography studio address.

Question . Can we just handwrite the info that is required or must it be written by the studio taking the picture.

The reason is we got two sets and gave the set with the information to the NBI office to get a renewal.

We are in Canada and her son is in Philippines. So it will take a long time to get a new set done

It is allowed to be handwritten. It is supposed to be written by the photography studio... but ultimately if it is handwritten, IRCC will not know if you or them wrote it.
