PR card pending

I sent my PR card application to the Etobicoke ICRC office in June 2020. Until now my application states didn't change anything. I sent the email to IRCC Webform asked why took that long and they give me the answer is due to the COVID-19 so that needs to wait longer. But my friend got her card already. What should I do? Can I sent the application to the office again? Anyone knows please let me know. Thank you!

thats abit too long wait time. i understand its 125 days now but 6 months plus may be you should send request again or call customer support

I called the customer agent. They tole me need more patience. I going to send the request again next week. thank you!
