Hello,
You connect to GCKEy before clicking on permanent residency file you will see just after "Did you apply on paper... Add, link your application to your account. Click on it.
Simply follow the steps and you will be able to see it in your profile.
I tried doing that and it shows that they did not find any application with the details given. I'm not sure if they update it only after they start working on the process.
I am giving the information in the passport. I am choosing for the First name last name and Date of birth

Try with IUC instead, this is how I did.

Thank you I will give it a try

1. Enter place of birth exactly as per passport ( if you hold Indian passport, it should be CITY,(SPACE)STATE
2. If not, try place of birth as per COPR or GCMS notes (if you had ordered anytime)
3. You can call IRCC and directly ask them the PR card application number. use that for linking (link application using application number option)

No Luck :( It still tells me that based on the information provided, they did not find any information.

use the option of linking PR card using Application number. You already have the status though :)

Hi all,
I received my PR card yesterday. What really worked for me was contacting the local MP to accelerate the processing! I was not asked to resubmit my photos, just the PR card was processing was delayed due to some reason.
hope this helps!
