PR Card number= UCI number??

Hi guys, I landed as a PR last week, now i am ready to apply for the Nexus Card.
Since i have not receive my PR card yet, where i can know my PR card number as it is requested in the application...
Also, do i still need a us visa after i get the nexus card to go to the US? ;)

I thought only Citizens can get Nexus card!!!
are you sure PR can apply as well, if so, i ll get one too... :D
& as far as i kno you souldnt be able to guess PR card number before gettin it...
