PR Card Not received.. Need to move out of Country

Me and my wife landed on Jan 17th. I got my PR card on March 1st week. But my wife did not yet received her PR Card. I am not planning to go to India. Does anyone took travel document based on PR card in India. If so what is the process and how much time it took for completion.

That's half a year since your wife landed. Have you contacted CIC about this?
