PR Card not deliverd

Hi,
I landed at toronto on 17 October 2015 and until now not received my PR Card. Please let me know how can i check the status of PR Card delivery by using phone or online services ?

On CIC website the status of my application is "complete" with below last status.

"You entered Canada at the Lester B Pearson International Airport, Terminal No. 3 office on October 17, 2015 and became a Permanent Resident."

This is perfectly normal.

Processing time for new cards is currently 52 days. Then you have to factor in mailing time.

Your card is still being processed.

We have landed on September 12th ; My PR card was received , but my husband and children have not received theirs ... How can we check if the PR has been dispatched
