PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

Hi, My wife applied for PR renewal in June. May I get some information regarding the AoR?. Do the IRCC send just message in email, regarding the receipt of the application or some pdf attachment as AoR ? thanks

It's Just email with Application Number. No PDF.

I guess the long wait is for the packages to be processed from the mailroom to the officers. Once your package is opened (AOR) and if everything is in order and simple case (no long stays overseas) then in gets processed immediately. I am assuming it would take around 5-6 days for it to arrive by post.

I have send my application for PR renewal on Sept 10.
Looking at above timelines, it seems like its easy 4 months.
Anyone with similar timelines ?

Me & my wife PR renewal status :

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 17, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 29, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on September 29, 2021.

My wife did not receive AOR but shows that they have started the processing. Status for both of us shows Decision Made

Hoping for the best as I have a flight booked to got back home on November 19th

I'm in the same boat. Got the AOR on 15th September and Decision made on 16th September and after that no response.
Wonder why it takes long while some gets their pr card mailed soon.

I got CoPR on Aug 19, 2021, and submit the PR card application through the web portal in Etobicoke. My friends got their PR cards within 2 weeks but I am still waiting on it. Next month, I am going to India. Does anyone know what is the processing time for PRTD applications in India?

I also had 3 applications in the same package with one payment receipt for all 3. For me I got AOR for all 3 in the same time. Did you give the same email for all applications? maybe check spam. or wait a few more days.

Applied for my mother in law's PR renewal back in May, received her card in the mail last week. It took them almost 5 months.
