Hello, after re-submitted my webform yesterday (June 14), I received an email confirmation from IRCC stating they received my PR Card Renewal application (June 15). I checked my online application status and it still does not show but I understand that can take some time to refresh. Also, my AOR was just an email, not a formal letter/document like in the past. Can someone update the spreadsheet with my information?

Also, if you are submitting a webform to check your status - be sure to upload copies of your application and supporting documents to the webform (IDs, checklist, application, courier confirmation etc); I did not do this step when I first did the webform....which they then had to email me and ask for the docs which only delays their response. The only thing I could not upload were the two photos of myself - did not think to take a copy of those. Who knows if they will review my webform application or the paper one I sent back in March....I may need to send new photos if they only review my webform application...I will keep you posted!

Yes, this was the same email I received - which I then submitted all of the info and documents and received an acknowledgement the next day. I will check online again later today.

My application arrived on Friday March 12th 2021(tracked by Canada post tracking). Today I checked my status here https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas and I still can't see any update that they received my application. How long did it take for you after package arrived by tracking until CIC updated the status on that page? Or is there somewhere else I should look at or give it few more days? I am worried my documents still got lost
