Same question. I re-sent three applications in the same envelope since the signed date on them had passed the 90 day limit and even though I lost the tracking by my estimate they should have reached the office by march 30-april 3 yet I have no update yet. Its either the mail was lost or I have more time to wait
Hi, See page 52 there is a post reg multiple applications - dated March 26 - AOR only by July 28.
Could it possibly mean mine is still in queue waiting to be opened? I hope thats the case.
I think that is the only possibility ...in my case too the same. 3 apllications...I dont expect for atleast a week.
Let us know once you see the application in ECAS and what is the definition of decision made. As Definition of decision made includes something about pick up.
Will do. I actually expected my AOR probably next week by the looks of the trend. But surprised to see an email early today. So maybe anyone who sent their app in April could probably get their AOR any day soon.

Just wondering do I need to link my application to my online account to receive updates on my renewal application ? Or I should be expecting an email update .I sent my application on April 30 th , received in Sydney by 5-7th May?

You will get an email and if you link to your GC key account, you will get the latest status whenever there is any updates eg. Decision made, In process and etc. So best to link your application to keep track on the movement of your application file. Hope this info help.
Yes, all the applications will be in the queue according to the date received supposedly. Then once the officer open the file, you will receive your AOR.
Guys is the below a generic definition of decision made or my card will sent to nearest IRCC office .
Can somebody confirm this is the standard definition of the status. Not everyone has to go to IRCC office to pick up the card.
Definition of Decision made says: your application will either be approved or Rejected. You will be informed of the decision.
IF you r application is approved, you will be notified by mail in 4 weeks and invited to pick up your card at IRCC office closest to you.
If your application is rejected, you will be notified of the decision by mail.

You can go ahead and change the address. I have got the AOR email and Decision Made status on July 12th, yet to receive the card
