PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Hello Guys,


I live in Kingston, Ontario.I have renewed my PR card, it was sent through mail on Feb 6th but I have not received it yet.I have plans of Leaving this country next month..could someone tell me what can i do , i am little worried...Thanks

If it is more than 6 weeks , u can apply for solemn declaration

No need to worry.. sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks. U can call IRCC and check on the address it was sent to.

It has been more than 6 weeks so better call them and inform them of the situation.

Applied for two people, update is in orange:

Husband status is as following:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on March 5, 2021

ECAS status is now "Decision Made" as of 25-March-2021 for husband application now.

Wife status is as following (application approved+card mailed):

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 6, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on March 6, 2021 (ECAS status also updated to "Decision Made")
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on March 15, 2021. (ECAS status updated to "Complete")
5. Card received @ Vancouver address on 26-March-2021.

Is your card mailed yet or no my card shows descion made as of 29 march

Not mailed yet. I'll update when it does eventually gets mailed, hopefully in near future.

Hi... My pr card renewal DECISION MADE has done on 18 th March... But till now no new line added about the mailing of the card.. How many days it takes as it's already 17 days now?

Same for my wife as well. Its been 20 days since she got an email with her update. Stuck at the decision made.

Thank you for the response, i sent an enquiry via webform and the replied saying they could not find my application in the system and asked me to check with the mail service provider, i confirmed with canadapost and they sent me the delivery notication with signature saying its recieved by case processing office. I dont know what to do now, can you please suggest if i can send second application marking urgent ? and reason for urgent is first application is delayed

Try submitting a new application with Urgent. However, they have explained the reasons for urgent processing on their website. So, if you are fitting in that criteria then they will process our app urgently otherwise they may not. But doesn't hurt to try.

I am still waiting for my card . The status says complete and card has been mailed on March 23 . Its been now almost 2 weeks , but still i didnt receive the card .Anyone here who is waiting for the card after your status changed to COMPLETE for more than 2 weeks ? or it is just me ? :-(
