So when everything is complete in your application and you are confident about the obligation criteria the processing office will not have any room for judgement or reasons for delay and it would be just a matter or systematic procedures / checklist they will follow. A matter of time.
I knew someone who applied 2 years ago and was on the edge in terms of residency obligations and had intensive travel history and on the top of everything he filled his travel dates incorrectly. The IRCC local office called him for clarification and validation which delayed his processing time significantly but he issued the renewal of the card in the end.

My status changed to Decision Made on ECAS yesterday but no update in CIC Account. My case is tricky and this is 2nd renewal with most of the time working outside of Canada to Canadian Employer. Not sure when I will see any update after reading multiple people with just Decision made status.

The only way is to print and save as pdf.

Yes, that's what I know. I tried a lot and didnt find a way to save it. Other way will be to keep the laptop on sleep mode for the few days you take to complete the application.

The forms are not opened online (normally you would see some errors as not having the updated version, bla bla bla), so "SAVE AS" them as PDF on your system. Open them from your system by Adobe Acrobat Professional Editions or Adobe Acrobat Reader, type in everything and save, sometimes it takes a decade to save, so be patient. Very oddly you can not save your UCI# or phone #, don't know for what reason, you can write those manually later.

My cic account shows In Progress status. Even the Decision Made on ECAS is not reflected on cic account. Hope I get it moved and done this week.

Same here my CICI Account also says In Process and ECAS as Decision made. Not sure if it's the System which after a certain date mark it as decision made.

Cannit be so that either my app is not approved or they haven't started to process my app as they say " application not found" in the ircc account. My ecas has three lines regarding the date of recieving the app, the date they sent me AOR and the third line which states the date they started to process my application. Though the ecas shows DECISION MADE status. Please share your view experienced seniors

No need to link and its nothing to do if it allows to link. Just track via ecas. You dont need more than that.
It takes few days(1-2+ weeks) to get the card mailed. You will see another line once its mailed.

I spoke to the guys at the ircc call centre and they told me that the application has been approved though the card will take some time to print. Thanks Hriraj for the valuable advice
