PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Hi guys , just recieved Aor for the pr renewal application. My application was recieved on 14th July 2020 , recieved for my wife aswell whose application was delievered on the same date aswell.

My application of renewal PR card was received on 22nd june 2020.Till date I didn't get AOR and now I am seeing people after my date are getting AORs.Does it mean my application is returned due to some mistake etc? Anyone else in same boat?

Check ecas status,few people don't recieved AOR,but found ecas working.

I checked ECAS, it is showing only my citizenship application in process.Does ECAS update daily.

Yes, it is updated every day. Majority of the applicants (99.9%) can see their status in ECAS after the AOR. But in very very few cases, the status is updated before AOR.

Received my PR card in the mail today.

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 23, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 28, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on September 28, 2020.
4. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on September 28, 2020. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at an IRCC office.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on September 30, 2020.

I don't think so. There are lot's of people from April, May Who didn't get AOR. There is a huge delay due to Covid.

My wife Landed July 13. PR Card received August 17

Thanks, mine got approved today.. yay... Now do I have to really wait for 6 weeks for the cards to be delivered?

My wife's application received on Sep-25 & still no progress.!!
