My legal first name has 16 letters. Looks like the capacity to print in PR card is just 15 letters. Except for the last missing letter in my first name everything else in my name matches my passport and CoPR document. Do I need to be worried about it?

No, you don't need to worry. Your COPR, PR card and passport will all be linked via a systematic database, this is what the CBSA Officer looks at when you get to immigration if you leave Canada and return.
