I am not certain about this but in my case I had to resend a photo (for PR card renewal) and the date on my AOR was the date that they received the resent package - with the new photos. Meaning the clock started again...... at least for me. I got an AOR for a renewal in late July and I have heard nothing since.

Really depends when they found the photo error. There was such a pause in processing that you also have to account for that. Very hard to get a clear answer to these questions right now. PR cards only started processing again in early July I believe. In general people need to be planning for multiple months to get their PR cards at the moment although I think that processing times should slowly start coming down.
Landed March 13, haven’t heard anything yet. But my husband and daughter already received their cards. We all landed together.

We finally received AOR for by husbands renewal. His application was received on March 20, 2020 and we received AOR August 18th. It says Decision Made but we can't seem to link his CIC account to his application so no further update. Should be a very straightforward renewal so we hope to receive his card in the next couple of weeks.
Great news! please do let us know when it arrives so that we can all get a sense of the timeframes - there will be many April, May, June July applicants who i'm sure will appreciate having a sense of the overall time line.
