PR card - March 2020 processing time

I landed on March 13th 2020 and haven't received PR Card yet as of today April 6 2020. I am also unable to link PR Card to my application. I have been getting error message that matching information not found.

it seems they stopped processing PR card completely! - people who submitted end of Feb or beg or march, please keep updating us.

Same here. Landed march 15th and no updates yet. Can't link application online either

did you enter client number? did you enter it as xxxx-xxxx or without - in the middle?

I entered without hyphen

Here is the way
Enter your uci and name. Name should be all caps as per copr
Also place of birth, try either as per copr passport
Example:
If copy says MADRID, SPA use it like that
If that does not work try as per passport which looks like MADRID, SPAIN
If there is just one place of birth on Copr and passport use the name as per copr first and if that does not work try as per passport

If city and state is same then try using it once only
