PR card lost, and citizenship test

Hi all, I just realized I lost my pr card (probably lost when I was moving out of my apartment cuz the siutation was chaotic), it was not stolen.

1. In this case do I still need to file a police report and call IRCC?​
2. What IRCC number should I call?
3. Also I saw someone was saying they need to file a solemn declaration, but I thought that is for the situtation your PR card was lost, stolen or destroyed but you don’t want to reapply for a new one right now. I do need to reapply one since I will be travelling soon... In my case, do I still need to file this delcaration?
4. I am about to take my citenzenship test, and it says I need to show my PR card and another ID, but since I dont have my PR card with me right now, what should I do?

For the citizenship test, post in the citizenship forum. I seem to recall PR card not needed but easier with it; not certain, however.
