My husband contacted CIC call center and was told there was an error in the postal address ( the officer imputing the mailing address had incorrectly written the postcode), which is why he hasn't received the PR card until now. Its now fixed and we've been told he should receive the card within 77 days. Very frustrating and annoyed that we where never contacted / no status update online. I would recommend to anyone who has waited 77 days to contact CIC and inquire about their PR card- you never know what the delay could be!
