PR Card Issue

I landed in mid Nov 2015.
I received photos request letter on Feb 8, 2016.
I sent photos on Feb 16, 2016.
Thereafter, I didn't hear back anything.

Could you please suggest or share your experience, what should I do to get my PR card? such as phone call? case specific inquiry? or both?

we (me,my husband and my son) landed on october 30,2015 and I got my pr card in mid feb and got the new photo request for my husband and son(can not understand the logic behind this-when 3 of us had the photos with same specifiations !!!)
So we sent the new photos in march 1st week, I called cic agent two weeks ago,he said you have to wait according to current time period i.e 54 days.
Today I called again and to my surprise, agent told me that there is no update on their forms(not even about receiving new photos) and asked me to wait till END JUNE
what can I do now?

i just landed in 9th april and in the airport no one asking me for the photo!!
so how the pr card works? i mean the cic page which im trying to login doesnt accept changing my address in canada?!!
i dont know what should i do!!

They scan the photo from the CIC copy of COPR.

same issue with me, when i try logging in the system it says my no data found.
