PR Card Issue

Hi there,

I landed on November 17th gaining my PR status through the express entry program.

I recall being told at the border my actual PR card would automatically come in the mail around 6 weeks later.
Hence, the was no further requirement on my part to physically apply for the card.

This was in Ontario.

Can anyone advise me on the issue one's first PR Card??

Processing time for new PR cards is 87 days - not six week. Yes - it will be automatically mailed to you.
