PR Card - How long to get it?

My wife was just approved on the in-land process.
We are in the GTA area.
We need to go to the USA very urgently to visit my stepfather, he is on his last days.
How long usually takes to receive the PR CARD by mail?

Book the returning flight close to a land border and return with her COPR across the land border by private transportation.

Hi ! It normally takes 2 months but the last time I called IRCC, the processing time is 4 months ‍
