Dear Forum members.

I am a PR Card holder and working in Saudi Arabia now a days. Now I decided to move to Canada permanently. During my stay I have a newly born son. How can I process papers of my new born son being outside Canada.? Is there any other office which I have to contact about this matter?. Kindly, guide in this regards on your earlier.

Warm Regards

Dude... you need to be in Canada to sponsor your child under family class sponsorship.

You are going to have to either apply from a TRV (visitor visa) for the child, or if that is refused, then a TRP (Temporary Resident Permit) for the child to enter Canada. Where you then can sponsor the child. If those are refused, then one of the parents is going to have to return to Canada to sponsor the child.
