My PR card got approved in my profile like a week ago but it still hasn't been delivered. Is there a way to check/track the status?

Do you really mean PR card, or do you mean your PR application? Either way, it can take a week to get to the mailroom once issued, and another week in the mail. If you really did mean PR card, you have a couple of months' wait usually.

PR card is sent via regular mail so you can't track it.
Wait for six weeks, report it lost if it still doesn't show up
