I tried more than 9 times today, couldnt get through to talk to an agent.

We are going to call them, what is the phone number you are calling?

I think they sent my card to my old address, even though I have Canada post redirection, I don't think they will forward it... I don't know what to do

Do you guys know if there is a place where I can check which address they would send the card to? The CRP was showing my Lawyer's address, but he didn't receive it yet...

I sent my photo back in December. Still haven't heard a word back. Absolutely nothing. And I can't make it through to ircc on the phone. I was going to visit my family in November. But that seems impossible now...

Whend did you get the ghost update ? In first week of august (2nd - 8th Aug) or in the second week of August (9th - 14th Aug)

It was first week of August, approved Aug. 2nd, which must have been the ghost update I got. The status changed to (I think) Updated and after I clicked on it and hit back it reverted back to Submitted.
