so what is the best program to reapply for? which one is the most likely to accept me?

The honest answer is that you're probably going to find it next to impossible to qualify to apply given you are 57 now and will be 60 by 2019.

1. Feeling homesick is really not a "special case".
2. At this age, you are unlikely to qualify for any immigration streams, unless you are sponsored.

So can my son sponsor me? If yes,can he as well sponsor his smaller brother? My son is 23 years old and by 2019, he will obtain a bachelor degree in Dentistry.

Your son can sponsor you once he is working full time and has made enough income three years in a row through a job in Canada and can prove he meets the low income cut off through having filed Canadian tax returns. CIC only accepts a limited number of applications each year. So once he qualifies, he will need to ensure the application is submitted right at the start of January. Your son must obviously living in Canada to sponsor you and must continue living and working in Canada until your application is approved (which make take more than four years).

Which son is in Dentistry - your son in Canada?

If so, how old is your other son?

If he only begins working full time in Canada in 2019, he'll need to show income from 2019, 2020 & 2021 meeting necessary LICO amounts, wait 1 year for tax return, so can possible apply to sponsor you in 2023. Only if his brother is considered a minor in 2023, could he also be included in the application.
