PR Card dispatched but not received yet

Hi everyone,

My PR card was dispatched on the 3rd of September 2019 from Ottawa to Vancouver. But till now I didnt receive it yet. is this normal? Anyone else having the same experience? Any insights on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Suggest you to check if the card has gone to your employer who filled your WP ( if you have one) or any of our older address you might have used previously
