PR Card delivery duration

Hello
I landed in canada as PR with my wife and kid on 29th Jan 2010 and gave my friends address for the PR cards to be delivered. I received the PR card for my daughter and myself on 26th FEb 2010 but I am still awaiting the delivery of my wife's PR card.
The officer told while completing the landing process that it takes 4-6 weeks. So is it normal that my wife;s card is delayed?

Is there any website where i can check the status of my wife's card which is still not delivered? As I am not in canada i can not dial canadian CIC helpdesk number.

I cannot see any reason why your wife's PR Card is only delayed?. As you 3 landed together as family, there is no reason for processing your wife's PR card later.

PR cards are all processed separately and mailed separately. The OP should contact the call centre to find out if there was a problem.

How can one contact CIC Helpdesk out of Canada. Are there any ways of knowing the status of PR cards ?

The number to call from USA is 613-944-4000 and the option to speak to an CIC immigration agent is 1 2 1 1 0. I just spoke, it works
