I landed with my family on 17th October, after 6 weeks I came out of canada and needs to go back on 29th Dec, my family is in canada and I am desperate to get the PR card now, otherwise may need to apply for travel document

Consider 65 to 70 days from the arrival date to get your PR card (based on my experience). I think you may have got it before 29th Dec.
