I did my landing on September 21st and stayed for two weeks before leaving back home to complete the things that are still pending such as rent, work etc. I received an update regarding my PR card application that requires me to mail 2 photos to IRCC cause the ones they had were not within their guidelines.
Anyway, if I mail the photos internationally will this cause an issue ? Also is there a way to mail my photos from someone I know in canada or will this raise more concerns?
