PR Card application status on ECAS

Hello, does anyone know how to check the status of the PR card application on ECAS? I know that my application exists because I am able to link it to ircc profile. But when I put in my UCI or Application Number along with other details (like last name, date of birth and country of birth), I am taken to a page that says that they couldn't identify me.

Same question, how can i get the PR card status, i am a new comer.
whan i enter the info requested , it says "couldn't identify".
how do we link ircc account and pr card status check portal ?
Does it really take 96 days as shown on their website ?

You can link your PR card application to your online profile. My wife got her PR card in around 50 days. But my status is status is still being shown as "Submitted".

When you login to your online profile with the GC Key or signin partner, you will see a link on the home page that says "Link an external application". Click on that complete the process.

Thanks man ! I ve never paid attention to this option.
It worked, but nothing useful is displayed apart from the date when I landed in Canada

Do you also see your application status as "Submitted"? When did you arrive in Canada?

Yes it is in "submitted" status.
Landed here 10 days ago

what about "Client Application Status" web site ?
i still get "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons"
what does this mean ?

This was the underlying reason I started this thread. I know my application exists because I am able to link it to my online profile and when I call, the machine can find my application as well. But I am not sure the eCAS system is doing.

This time i'd like to change my address to receive the pr card at my new address.
The link that i found online doesn't work, it says nothing found.
How do i proceed ?

You can do it through a web form as well.

Hi,
on the webform, what should i choose for the " Type of application/enquiry " ?
Is it Permanent resident Card or Change in contact information ?
again, it's for changing my address to receive my first card.
