I have submitted my application and it's been 3 days that my application for PR has reached but I got no update from IRCC. What should I do. I didn't got my AOR also yet please advice. Do I need to worry about it ?

That's normal. You may be waiting up to two months for AOR.

And if they would be returning my application.will they be sending me any kind of mail? That why they are returning it ?

Yes, they should send you an email and let you know why the application is incomplete. If that happens, it will take a couple of months for them to notify you. You won't hear from them immediately. You need to be prepared for a wait time now where you won't hear anything for a while.
