PR card application not linking to CIC account

Trying to link my PR card application, but its giving an error. How long after landing can we see our PR card application online?

I landed on 24th March at Toronto. But still unable to link the application. i called up cic to get my address updated and they told me that it takes time for the case to be visible online. So i would suggest to call them ask for the status update and pr card as well.18882422100 is the number.

I was able to link mine the following day.

I called IRCC and I managed to get my PR card application number. The agent told me that I can link the application now. However, when I try to link it it says no application number is found. I am sure she gave me the right number because I try to find out status via phone; the automated response gives me the right landing date (but doesn't anything beyond this).

How do you recommend linking with PR card with application number?
