PR card after divorcing

hello everyone ,
i have a question. My husband is a canadian citizen because of this i got my pr card 1.5 years ago and we have lived together nearly for 1 year in canada.after that we agreed to divorce(because of some problems) and i turned back to my country again and i havent got a plan to move back to canada again.we started the divorcing procedure in my country(because both we are from same country and married in )but he wants my pr card and health card back to revoke them (without threat me) . ok no problem wıth this but if he /somebody use my pr card without my permission??is it possible and should i send them him back?? why he wants them -he suspects me maybe i move to canada again or sponsor 2nd husband??

PR card and Health card are yours. You don't need to give those to him.

He will get a divorce certificate from your country i imagine no?

He doesn't need them. They are yours to keep. If you don't move back you will lose status anyway and Immigration can check that for him. Don't give them to him.

He is lying. Don't give him your cards. Your PR status remains valid.

Note that you were required to update the provincial health authority that you left Canada. If you haven't already done that, you need to. It has nothing to do with your ex or your PR status.

There are residency requirement to use the healthcare system so if you return to Canada you may not actually have coverage. As previously specified you need to inform you provincial health authority of any long absences. Also prevents people rom fraudulently using your number when out of Canada.
