PR Card Address update

I didn't have an address to give when I landed. I was given a form to update the address later. I am unable to use the online form to update it and the call centre told me to update it online alone. the second time I called back telling them I couldnt do it. the agent informed me that she has sent request for update.
Is there any way to check and be sure that my address is updated?

Hey, how did it go? I'm in the same situation and can't reach any human over phone. What was the number that you called?
