Please explain what you mean that you "got" your PR? Did you just receive the COPR / visa and haven't landed yet? If that is the case and your husband cancels sponsorship, it is possible that you will not be allowed to land.

If you are allowed to land or if you already did, the next question is, does your COPR have condition 51 listed on it? If it does, keep in mind that it is a requirement that you cohabit with your husband for at least 2 years after landing as a PR. Since you are getting divorced, you obviously wont be doing that. He can report you to immigration or even if he doesn't, you will not be able to renew your PR card when it expires because they will realize you didn't fulfill your condition.

Yeah but anyway she won't have problems applying in one of the skilled workers programs.

The only issue you could have is to come as a tourist. When asking for the visa, they know you intended to live in Canada in the past so you will need strong economics and social ties with India to get the tourist visa.

If they ask you to go to the Embassy they will just cancel the visa (without prejudice).

Just so you know, dowry is a criminal offence in India, and your husband can (and should) land in jail.

Yes her Husband is smart enough asking for Dowry while in Canada, secondly she needs to prove he is asking for Dowry, third court in India are aware of misuse of the law so extensive proof is required against offender that cost a lot to applicant (unfortunate in real cases).

In her case (after hearing from one side of story) I believe her husband is using Canadian immigration condition 51as tool to get financial benefit from her and her family, if she had been landed CIC could have given her some benefit, since she is not then I doubt she would able to land, unless she make again good relationship with her husband.
