PR cancelled because of late medical exam results?

Hi I was contacted by cic on April 11 2018 to get my medical exam done before may 11 The same day I made an appointment with a panel physician in my area but the only date available was for may 3. That same day I also wrote cic in the web form and told them I would probably need more time since may 3rd is the only date I could get and they most likely would not receive my medical results in time (may 11th). Usually I get a response from them within a week but this time no one wrote me. So I wrote them again after I got my medical exam done to tell them and say that I need more time. I also attached my doctors note that He gave me showing that I was there and how long it would be before they sent it. Again....no response from cic. So its now 2 days past my due date and my online cic application update says "We have not received the requested medical exam"
So my question is will my application for PR be cancelled all because I couldn't get an earlier medical appointment and because my panel physician hasn't sent my results yet? I mean I contacted cic twice...well...I wrote them again today...so that is 3 times. What do I do. I have tried everything to let them know I need more time and gave proof and everything just like they said we should do if we need more time.

Im freaking out because Im almost at the end of my PR wait time its almost been a yr since I submitted it...and now this?

Also side note: my husband (sponsor) never got an email from immigration to say whether or not he was eligible to sponsor me. I read that almost everyone gets an email from the the first month or two....but my husband hasn't got one email from them and its almost been a year (it will be a yr in 3 months). So what is up with that? Can anyone help me

Hi....yes i passed my medical exam about a month or so ago. Im still waiting on them to tell me if i passed my background check still...they have been processing it for almost 6 months now.....its a pain waiting for real though. But yes the medical thing didnt show any update that they had recieved my medical exam thing until like 6 weeks after they said I need to have it done (i didnt realize that that just was refering to the time when I actually had to be my medical exam done...not refering to when it had to be sent to cic. They give them about 4-6 weeks to send it i couldnt remember...but they got it and I passed

They might still be updating it. You've sent all of the documents, so it should be fine.

thank you so much , kindly did you know such cases.?!. does CIC accept that we Cannot afford the medical exam and tried our best but the mother have sole custody and she didn't let us to do the medical for the child ..

doing my exam tomorrow and they requested it on September 20. I've never received mail about that and they are not answering my mails right now

Did you contact them to let them know you would be late? This is long time since you got the request to be late. Good luck

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are doing great, I have a situation similar to this if you guys can advise me please.

Was asked to get my medical exam done by the May 14th and got it done by May 30st, as it was the only available date. While waiting for the result to be submitted online, I called the doctor and it looks like it's going to take more than 30 days they give me for it to be submitted online. Is it an issue? Should I contact them for more time? does it matter or is the date you took that matters?

My husband received a request to undergo medica exams on oct 18 2019. We live in Lebanon and there have been protests across the country and the panel physicians offices are closed. I sent in a webform to ask what he should do because we are afraid he'll miss tbe 30 day deadline.

Any idea how to handle this?

I also got an email saying i was approved to sponsor and yesterday I got an email saying my "application was sent to Beirut visa office for further processing." What does this mean? I was approved to sponsor so why are they sending my application to Beirut?

All you can do is wait for an office to open or go to another country to complete the medical. As you have made IRCC aware of the problem, they will give extra time.

That is the normal process. You were approved as a sponsor and now the app had been transferred to the local office for the applicant to be reviewed.

In dec I check the status and it said that we have sent the medical instructions in mail. and please take into consideration the mail delays. We kept waiting for mail by post as that has delays. After a while I started writing to them via https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp after 2 unsuccessful tries I got them to answer me that email was sent and to check in junk folder. It was sitting there. Already 2 months have passed. I read on the form that they will refuse if medical results are not sent with in 30 days its been more that 60 days. My parents have got doctor appointment for earliest.
Pl tell me will they refuse the PR for them . Oh I am so worried.

Send a Webform to tell IRCC why it is late. Do the medical ASAP.
