I have listed it as CPC-OTTAWA and submitted the application.. Is it correct or should it be CPC-SYDNEY - Curious to know and will it affect my application if wrong.

It does not affect your application at all! Whatever you put there if it's not CPC-Ottawa, they are going to cross it out and correct it to CPC-Ottawa. To be honest I even think I left mine blank.
